1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 12starph ("12starph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 12starph website located at https://12starph.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 12starph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 12starph Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 12starph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 12starph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 12starph Platform or any other gaming platform operated by 12starph.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.

12starph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 12starph may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 12starph Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 12starph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 12starph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 12starph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify 12starph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• KYC Verification: 12starph may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID card) and proof of address.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 12starph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 12starph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at 12starph's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 12starph account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearance, which typically occurs within minutes during banking hours.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cutoff time.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to 12starph's anti-money laundering procedures.
• Transaction Fees: 12starph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 12starph accepts no responsibility.
• Refused Transactions: 12starph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

12starph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. Wagering requirements are specified for each individual promotion.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a validity period within which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your 12starph account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse and Fraud: 12starph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed or used in a fraudulent, abusive, or collusive manner, or in breach of these Terms.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 12starph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice , subject to applicable law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 12starph Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account without their express authorisation.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or other fraudulent activity in connection with any game or wager on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 12starph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 12starph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 12starph.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 12starph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that 12starph takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

12starph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 12starph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy & Data

12starph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12starph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 12starph cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Responsible Gaming

12starph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

11. Termination

12starph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 12starph reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct in connection with the Platform.
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to 12starph, other players, or third parties.
• You have requested self-exclusion or are identified on a regulatory exclusion list.
• Applicable law or regulatory requirements necessitate the closure of your account.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 12starph may, at its discretion, forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required investigation.

12. Amendments

12starph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 12starph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 12starph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
